Summer 2008 - Term 2085
Start/End Dates: 6/9/08-8/5/08
Open registration begins on April 15, 2008 until June 13, 2008 for classes with openings.

Fall 2008 - Term 2088
Start/End Dates: 8/18/08-12/15/08
Open registration begins on June 4, 2008 until August 29, 2008 for classes with openings.

When can I access my online class?

Access to classes begins on the start date of your class. You can log in, but you will not have access to your classes until the start date.

Question: I receive a "Challenge Token Null" option at login.

Answer:

You are beginning your login from an incorrect web page.

You MUST start the login at the following webpage:

http://online.nwtc.edu

You will also need to set the cookies in Internet Explorer. At the top of the browser click on:

  1. Tools
  2. Internet Options
  3. Privacy Tab
  4. Advanced BUTTON in the middle of that page - place a check-mark in the box to override automatic cookie handling and make sure first and third party cookies are set to "accept".
  5. Click OK and OK again.

You might also try clearing out your temporary Internet files.

  1. Tools
  2. Internet Options
  3. Delete Cookies
  4. Delete files
  5. Click Ok

Close Internet Explorer and re-open it for settings to take effect. Try the Blackboard login again.

Go to http://online.nwtc.edu

Click the course login button:

username: 8 digit student ID number
password: first name
(all lower-case letters)

At the "Welcome" page click the course link on the upper RIGHT hand side to enter the course.
