   Green Bay Campus SMART Cart Check-out Policy

 Media Services will deliver reserved SMART Carts to designated classroom(s), typically no sooner than 30 minutes before the class start time, as requested through Mary Kay Pfeiffer
 (498-5489, mpfeiffer@nwtc.edu  ).

Users will be responsible for returning ALL CARTS to the LRC when their class session is over for ALL CLASSES. Exceptions to this policy are:

  1. Media Services staff will pickup any carts for classes that end at 10pm(M-Thr.) and 4pm(Fri.) since the LRC closes at 10pm and 4pm respectively. This will prevent the carts
    from sitting in an empty classroom for an extended period of time, thus preventing them from being susceptible to theft.
  1. Carts used in the CB Building (2nd level only) will be delivered and picked up by Media Services Staff.

Green Bay Campus instructors and/or staff with back-to-back classes or meetings, can assign a trustworthy student or co-worker to return the cart to the LRC.
Due to the seriousness of this problem, both in terms of loss of resources and staff time, carts that aren't returned as per the above policy will result in "loss-of-use" privileges for the rest of that
semester.
